The South Shore of Maui has the most calm & clear snorkeling conditions today! Mile Marker 14, Kamaole Beach # 1, 2 and 3 as well as Ulua Beach & Makena Landing are all looking really nice. The waves are picking up & are already too big in Napili Bay & most of Honolua Bay. Extremely dangerous ocean conditions. It looks like heavy rain is on the way. Mostly sunny with a chance of scattered showers this afternoon. Light wind will provide a nice breeze while one enjoys the beach and ocean. Check the current weather, surf conditions and beach activity. However, currents are strong & theres lots of water moving around. The winds are expected to become very strong at some point & may cause hazardous currents later.
